1.1 — Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using the bed11 platform means you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These three documents together form the complete agreement between you and bed11.

1.2 — Definition of Services

"Services" refers to the bed11 website, mobile version, live casino, slot games, sports betting and all other gaming-related features that bed11 provides or may provide in the future.

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited. If bed11 confirms that any individual is operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed immediately and any bonuses earned may be forfeited.

2.3 — Providing Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide true, accurate and complete information when creating an account. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account suspension or closure. If any information changes, you must notify the bed11 support team immediately.

2.4 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

bed11 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bangladeshi bank transfers (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The list of payment methods may be updated from time to time.

3.2 — Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). No transactions below these limits will be processed.

3.3 — Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. In exceptional cases, processing may take longer due to the verification process or other security checks.

3.4 — Same Identity Requirement

Both deposits and withdrawals must be made from the same individual's account. Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are prohibited. bed11 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and to put transactions on hold if necessary.

3.5 — Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not applicable.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

bed11 offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit for newly registered members, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳14,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 — Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met to receive the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 — General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms and conditions.
• Combining multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not permitted unless explicitly stated.
• If wagering requirements are not met before a bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• bed11 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.

4.4 — VIP Program

bed11's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Higher tiers can be reached through regular play. bed11 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits and members will be informed of any such changes.

5.1 — Fair Play

bed11 uses software from established game providers to ensure fair play. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If you have any complaints about game results, please contact the support team.

5.2 — Game Providers

5.3 — Sports Betting Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bed11 platform and will be treated as punishable offences:

6.1 — Fraudulent Activities

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software.

6.2 — Money Laundering

bed11 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) policies. If suspicious transactions are identified, they may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law and the account will be suspended immediately.

6.3 — Bonus Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Using systematic strategies to exploit the bonus system.
• Claiming the welcome bonus again under a different identity.

6.4 — Cyber Attacks

Attempting to hack into bed11's systems, stealing data, spreading malware or viruses, and DDoS attacks are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

bed11 may suspend or permanently close your account without warning for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to verify age or providing false information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Legal obligations or regulatory instructions.

9.3 — Balance of a Closed Account

If bed11 closes an account on its own initiative and there is a reason for breach of terms and conditions, the remaining balance may be forfeited. In the case of closure without valid reason, the legitimate balance will be returned.
